DEPOSITS:
A full deposit is required for stays of one or two nights.
A deposit of 50% is required for stays of three nights or longer.

CANCELLATIONS:
If a cancellation is made at least ten days prior to the date of your reservation,
your deposit, less a $10.00 service charge will be refunded.

For cancellations within ten days of your arrival, no refunds will be made unless we can rebook your room.

Guests who do not arrive on the first day of their reservation, or leave before their intended stay is completed, will be charged the full amount of their intended stay.

NOTES:
Discounts offered on stays of four nights or longer.
Personal checks, cash, and traveler's checks are preferred. Most credit cards accepted.
All room rates include a full country breakfast of your choice from our menu
No food or beverages in the guest bedrooms PLEASE.
In ground pool open from June 1st to September 7th.
Our facilities are suitable for children over the age of twelve.
We do not have pets in our house, and we cannot accommodate pets for our guests.
We have air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms during the summer months.
High speed internet access on site.
Town of Egremont Board of Health ruling: no smoking indoors.
